Submitting an informal complaint

Informal complaints may be submitted in writing in the following ways:

  • by post: PO Box 958, Budapest, H-1534
  • via e-mail: ugyfelszolgalat@gvh.hu
  • in person: on working days, Monday to Thursday: 8.30-16.00, on Fridays: 8.30-13.30 through the Document Handling Section of the GVH (1026 Budapest, Riadó u. 1-3.)

Telephone enquiries can be made from Monday to Thursday from 9.30 am to 15.00 pm and on Fridays from 9.30 am to 13.00 pm.

Appointments are required for personal reception - with the exception of Tuesdays. In order to avoid waiting, we also recommend making an appointment for Tuesdays.
