The 50th European Competition Day offers a valuable opportunity for professionals at all levels to gain insights and knowledge in a dynamic and engaging environment. This year's agenda is filled with insightful keynote speeches and interactive panels designed to foster dialogue and share knowledge on the most pressing competition issues facing the European market today.
The topic of the conference will be the challenges of Competition Law in the 21st century in the European Law. A special focus is directed to the enforcement challenges of Competition Law. A new book on competition law, Twenty years of EU Competition Law in Hungary, will be launched during the conference.
The second part of the conference will concentrate on three important areas, namely on issues arising from the intersection of sustainability and competition law, on the relationship between the Digital Markets Act and competition law, and on the links between Artificial Intelligence and competition law.
A unique part of the conference is to support the priorities set by the Presidency, including the acceleration of the enlargement process in the Western Balkans. Speakers and panel members of the event will be well-known competition lawyers and leading officials of European competition authorities and the European Commission.
