Decision: |
The Competition Council of the GVH established that the Guild undertaking concerned infringed Article 11(2) of the Hungarian Competition Act and Article 81(1) EC by publishing price recommendations. A HUF 3 million (approx. EUR 11 thousand) fine was imposed. The Guild has to publish the decision on its website for at least three months and in the professional journal. |
